At Fit In Dress, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your size-inclusive fashion choices. If your beachwear, maternity styles, or summer essentials don’t fit perfectly or meet your expectations, our hassle-free returns policy makes it easy to exchange or return items.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging should be included where possible
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Note on Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimsuits, bikinis, tankinis, or any swimwear items unless they are faulty or not as described.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact us: Email [email protected] with your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange (use the template below)
- Wait for approval: Our fashion-forward team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
- Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible
- Ship your return: Send the package to our return address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable shipping service
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
