Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Fit In Dress purchases as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, our straightforward returns process makes it simple to exchange or return items.
Returns Policy Details
- Return window: 15 days from receipt of your order
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging where possible
- Proof of purchase: Required for all returns/exchanges
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimsuits, bikinis, and tankinis (unless faulty or not as described)
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return or Exchange

- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
- Package Items: Securely pack items in original packaging if possible
- Ship Your Return: Send to our return address (provided in authorization email) using a trackable service
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
- Timing: Processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
- Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Note: Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
